More peotry

Good day everyone! I hope you are having a beautiful week, and if you’re not; I hope it will get better!

This poem is kind of the way I look at poetry. It’s not just words put together to sound good, well maybe, but it’s more of a feeling. I honestly can’t sit down and write a good poem unless I have some sort of strong emotion inside of me. Here’s to us poets! And everyone else! 😉

Burning inside,

No place to hide,

Maybe joy overflowing,

There’s no way of knowing,

Can’t explain it,

Just can feel it,

Need to let go,

Let the words flow,

The meaning if jumbled,

My fingers may have stumbled,

But I think not,

It’s how I feel,

Poetry is sometimes quite a lot.
